All the domestic shipments will be dispatched within two working days and all the international shipments will be dispatched on every monday depending on the availability.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 5-9 working days. This is a common timeframe for standard shipping within a country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 10-15 days. This is a general estimate for international shipping, but the actual delivery time can vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and other factors.

While the shipments usually gets delivered earlier than or within estimated time, there can be rare exceptions where the delivery getsdelayed from the courier agency side or due to any natural calamities like floods, rains etc which is beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the post office/courier agencies.

For all the domestics orders the tracking shall be provided only if the package doesn't get delivered within the estimated delivery time. For all the international orders the tracking shall be provided within 24 hours after shipment.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you or return of shipment to us by the delivery agency due to your unavailability to receive the shipment, any extra cost incurred by us to redispatch the shipment to you, will be payable by you.
