What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are possible for damaged or incorrect items if reported within 24 hours of delivery with a package opening video. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 2 working days. Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note, no returns or exchanges are available for international orders or custom-made products.
How long will it take to receive my saree?
Sarees are usually shipped within 4-5 working days. However, if the saree is a pre-order or made-to-order item, the making and shipping time will be specified in the product details. If you opt for blouse stitching or saree detailing, please allow an additional 10-15 days for processing and shipping.

Yes, we offer customized blouses to match your saree. You can choose from a variety of designs, fabrics, and stitching styles. Please note that custom blouse stitching may take an additional 10-15 days for processing and shipping. You can provide your measurements or select from our size options for a perfect fit.
