All the products have been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
Slight irregularities in the colour or print or weave or any thread pull are due to the fact that the fabric is hand painted/hand woven/hand printed. These are not defects but it's the nature of handcrafted products as these are all human involved. The irregularities and nuances found in handwoven textiles is what makes them unique and beautiful. The perfectly imperfect adds lots of character and texture making each handwoven fabric truly a work of art.
The photos of all products are taken under natural lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree colour. Sometimes the colours may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
Returns/exchange is denied to deviations in colour from the product displayed to the product received by you.Kindly note that our prices are fixed; please do not bargain or ask for a discount.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged or a wrong product is delivered, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 97420 07447 or email support@houseofchamanthi.com or call at +91 97420 07447. We need a package opening video as a proof for the same. We accept the exchange within 2 working days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
The cost of return/exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Team House of Chamanthi.
The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. We hold all the rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.
We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired colour. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive, exchange request shall not be entertained.

Exchange or return or refund are not applicable on International orders.
In case of a double payment being made, please note that the refund will be possible only to a bank account based in India. We will not provide refund to any overseas account. The refund shall not include bank transfer charges or other transactions charges which you may have borne while purchasing the product. Kindly note that only the amount that was credited into our account shall be refunded.
